*The times stated ar usual opening hours. Your assigned dentist is not always available at all times. Occasionally, such as when professionals are training or due to unforeseen circumstances such as sickness or otherwise, we may have to close. In such a circumstance, you should contact the Practice by telephone to find out about arrangements for patients.

Private patients can be offered SATURDAY appointments (selected Saturdays only).

Our Practice is usually closed between 24th December and 2nd January each year.

Whenever the Practice is closed, you can retrieve information about emergency services by telephoning the Practice and listening to the answer phone. Please refer to section below on emergency services.

Choice of Dentists

It is our policy that each patient is allocated an individual dentist for regular visits to maintain oral health. Patients are offered a suitable recall appointment. When your usual dentist is unavailable for whatever reason, you have the option of seeing another dentist within our Practice.

At present, Heidi Cheung, Jessica Wood and Helen Eldret are in most working days. Mr Patel is available on Wednesday Evenings and Saturdays by prior arrangement, Dr Helen Kefford is working Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

If we are unable to provide you with certain treatments (for example Orthodontics and minor oral surgery), you will be referred to a colleague who ha these skills to carry out the treatment for you.
